Your first 25 requests are free — a one-time trial, no credit card required. That's enough to evaluate AskTender properly against real tenders. It doesn't reset monthly, so once you've used it you'll need a subscription to keep going.
Do I need a paid ChatGPT or Claude subscription?+
No. You can ask AskTender directly here on the site — nothing to install, nothing to connect. If you'd rather use the AI you already have open, AskTender plugs into the paid ChatGPT and Claude tiers and most other AI tools. Developers can also call it directly.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes — the standard plan is month-to-month with no lock-in contract. Cancel whenever you like and keep access until the end of the billing period.
Do you offer refunds?+
Yes. If you are unsatisfied within 14 days of your first payment and have not made substantial use of the Service, contact us for a full refund. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Is GST included?+
Prices are shown excluding GST. Australian customers are charged 10% GST on top — $299/mo becomes $328.90/mo including GST. You'll receive a tax invoice showing our ABN 30 700 409 703 for every payment, which GST-registered businesses can claim back.
